JOHAN deal delay abit bcos of some pricing issue. But should be done within 1-2 weeks times. Dato Tan Kay Hock will inject the asset into JOHAN, JOHAN will issue new shares to Dato Tan. JOHAN will become railway related company after the deal. Dato Tan will hold more than 60% stakes of JOHAN after the deal. He will apply waive the MGO.
It is time to buy more JOHAN will share price should at least 50sen after the deal. Buy and hold it.
