How to redeem your vouchers?

Here are the simple steps that you can follow to redeem your vouchers:

1. Login to MQ Trader system, click MQ Points > MQ Points and Backtest Credit.

2. At the MQ Points page, click Redeem Points > Redeem

3. Fill in your full name (As per NRIC), contact number and email address. Then, click Submit and Confirm to proceed.

After completing the steps above, you will receive a pop out message indicating that you have submitted your redemption successfully. MQ Trader support team will contact you shortly to initiate the redemption process.

If you receive this message instead of proceeding to the page shown in step 3, it means that you have insufficient MQ Points to redeem the voucher at the moment. No worries, collecting more MQ Points isn’t hard at all.
