Question is, who is selling if not them ?

Cold investor must have some inside info previously to buy in and i can assure you his costs is probably 70 cents.

Can someone actually explain to me what is willowglen real business / value ? Selling security CAM systems and DVRs is not really 'tech industry' to me.
