APPASIA share price rise alots recently. Maybe the main factor is :- IT security service provider and mobile app firm AppAsia Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Shanghai Rongxin Software Co Ltd and Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin Datuk Seri Najib with the aim of setting up a joint venture (AppAsia - 60%; Nazifuddin - 30%; and Rongxin - 10%) to develop and promote AppAsia’s business to business to customer (B2B2C) e-aggregator platform for countries in Asean and Australasia region and elsewhere. AppAsia, which has incurred losses for most financial years since 2009, also signed an MoU on May 27 with international trade facilitator, event management and marketing firm Infinity Channel Sdn Bhd for the purpose of a strategic partnership in, among others, promoting local products and services to the Asian, Middle East and the European markets.

I think Nazifuddin will buying substantial stakes in APPASIA. If it is true, APPASIA will play up again. Please monitor closely.
