Here we discuss about RAYA International (0080) last Friday share volume distribution matter.
Over the weekend I believe people start to discuss sell down, con counter, trap, sell down etc.
Fast intro:
RAYA international (0080) fully disposed all its water filters and trading of FMCG home appliance then diverted into oil and gas related business when the company passed its resolution to divert its subsidiary Selatan Bunker (M) sdn Bhd with another bunkering big player namely Tumpuan Megah Development (TMD) in the bunkering services.
"Selatan Bunker’s principal activities include bunkering services for marine fuel, petroleum and petroleumbased products, trading and supply of oil and fuel, oil and fuel related products, services including providing consultancy and technical services, and refuelling vessel barges and shipping agents."
No need to introduce as all executives of RAYA Int. and TMD consists of big gun in the industry.
Question being raised is the sell down over or dead cat rebound? See the chart below.
Q1. Any similarity of the daily 6 major sell down?
YES, all is pre-arranged and the volume is not less than 12,000 lots per transaction. All of that had 10% of sell down in price.
Q2. Look like all shares was being sold to the retailer.
NO. Look at BUY RATE is was still above 52% and lowest still above 49%. Usuallly, in the normal sell down activity we would see the BUY RATE go below 42% easily and mostly at 35-39%. Meaning to say retailers see it as SELL DOWN and queue lower waiting for big junk to dispose. In this case the controller done the "BUY Queue then Dispose" continuosly. At the same time the managed to get huge shares in lower prices among those gaps of sell down.
Q3. Dont you think they lose money when they press down from RM0.325(RM0.330 top) to as low as RM0.210?
Look carefully, they just lose brokerage fees(in fact they having ZERO brokerage) when no matter they push up or press down. The shares could be still around 120,000 lots, 240,000 lots or any number but along the way they have collected more than 350,000 lots of cheap and cheaper shares. For what purpose? For profiting of course!
Q4. What you want to comment on the future share price?
Hahahahaha. Nothing to comment but acquire as much as possible together with the game play./

It's really not neccessary to involve into it.
FA counter sometimes juz buy at low and dumb dumb hold, it will reward surprisingly when time come.

Rupanya it juz Plantation sector might attack / pair down losses related sector.
EG are very individual, but it's not impossible operator might want to take advantage from the market sentiment.
