Kenanga netural on Kerjaya jo win, maintain forecast for the recent RM227.3 million job win for a development project near Jalan Bukit Bintang, KL. To date, KERJAYA replenished RM1.1b worth of job, making up 92% of the FY19E replenishment target. The project was given by Asset Kayamas and will take 36 months.

Executive chairman Datuk Tee Eng Ho (pictured) explained that the outlook of the construction industry should be better than last year. Noting that he is "quite confident that this year will be a better year" in terms of prospects, Tee said he is expecting a double-digit growth in sales on the back of more job wins.
Its orderbook for the full year of FY18 stood at RM989.8 million. This would mean that the construction player is aiming for some 20% increase in jobs secured this year. So far, the group's contract wins as of end-April amounted to RM873 million, said Tee. As at March 31, 2019, its outstanding orderbook stood at RM3.1 billion, which would keep the group busy for the next three years. Currently, Tee said Kerjaya Prospek is tendering for some RM1.5 billion jobs

Kerjaya Prospek Group announced that they have secured a contract worth RM438.8 million for the construction of main building works for a proposed mixed development project at Jalan Puchong. This represents Kerjaya’s third win for 2019. The scopes of work comprise: i) one block of 25-storey offices and hotel and two blocks of 53-storey services apartments on top of an 11-storey podium; and ii) a four-level basement car park. The construction work is expected to commence on May 2 and completed within 42 months.

PERSONAL OPINION : KERJAYA for the past has delivery tremendous revenue and profit quarter to quarter basic. Beside that, we also notice EPF has started acquire non stop since 30 Nov 2018 till the recent date shown which is 24 Jun 2019. Base on the information obtain, it is showing EPF has acquire as much as 68,993,780 shares in KERJAYA. It may not be the stock that fly high over the night, but it provides sense of stability for me. Not all the stock we are aiming to make big profit, we also look at certain stock that provide steady and gradually improvement of the revenue as well as profit. Eventually, shares price will reflect when investor aware of the potential of stock.
