The answer is Censoft, by review daily chart below, the technical outlook is bullish and meeting criteria of syndicate to push up this counter, below is couple of reason.
1.) that is a private placement happen recently, it part of the method of accumulation.
2.) Price was push up on 14th of April, it is a 1st attempt to do test market and it able to push through 0.455, next day is gap up, which was invited some seller, so this will/may trigger syndicate to rest for next couple day to ease off the contrarian.
3.)Down-trend Trend line was broken and the down trend line keep up raising, this is a indicated stage 4 ended.
4.) As I stated on point 2, last push up as an indication, stage 2 is under development.
5.) RSI stat above 50 with bullish convergent.
6.) today form a inverted hammer with very low volume, which is show selling interest was over. potential reversal is up
7.) US and Asia market is up, syndicate pretty much will take opp to push this stock.
There are 3 option base on the scenarios above
1.) Push down the price dip and shake out the weak holder and than push all the way up.
2.) ease of the contrarian on T3/T4 and than go for second push.
3.) Take bull market opp to push it all the way up.

Censoft today is T3/T4 and candle is star, if we combine yesterday inverted hammer with today Star candle, it pretty clear that the reversal is just around the corner. if we combine both is become bullish Harami http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Bullish+Harami+Cross+Pattern+Saudi&FORM=RESTAB
What will happen next ??? I am looking at the contrarian been clear, I will do some test... if show it been ease out I will push it up soon

The price has been stagnant for quite a long time and inclining towards negative bcoz selling pressures have been very persistent and never end..
