SCBUILD 0109 - The Time Is Now?

We believe that SCBUILD (0109) needs no introduction as a solar player.

We would like to highlight certain News that is going on the market in this write up.

1. SCBUILD (0109) already has projects under its belt. Recently they have inked a MOU with Kedah Royalty to acquire land to build 100MW Solar Power Plant.

SC Estate Builder Bhd has inked a memorandum of understanding with Kedah royalty to acquire a piece of land measuring 104.6-ha (258.5-ac) in Kedah. SC Estate Builder proposed to build a 100.0-MW solar power plant or environmental, social and governance initiative projects in Kedah. 2. The utmost importance of ongoing “sizzling hot”news with SCBUILD 0109 is their upcoming EGM. The EGM is to remove the current Loh Family from the Board of Directors. We smell that something is definitely cooking here ! Could this mean that there will be a Take-Over?



 

After removal of directors, Fresh Blood will come and lead the Company towards its bright future!

Technical Analysis

SCBUILD 0109 Break out from its sideways trend into an upwards trend. On 7/10/2021 it has successfully overcame its RM0.14 resistance, and with very convincing volume.

Note 1: It tried to break its Resistance of RM0.14, however was rejected with Volume.
Note 2: Successful Break Out from RM0.14 Resistance with Good Volume.

Also Do take note that on 7/10/2021 the VWAP is RM0.154, with 210m volume.

Up coming resistance will be RM0.18, which is also the ALL TIME HIGH for the past 5 years. Breaking this level , SCBUILD 0109 should be able to retest its 2013 High of RM0.215. SCBUILD 0109 seems to have good Reward:Risk Ratio

Conclusion:

With The Upcoming EGM Date closing in, And Price Action of SCBUILD 0109, we strongly believe that something is cooking. Well, whether the dish cooked is delicious or not, it will be all up to you to find out ! However, we are anticipating a stream of scrumptious food coming onwards!
