Every year people who are new to the stock market will get into the market to try their luck with the aim of making extra income or a steady income by investing or speculating on stocks.
Many started without much knowledge and blindly follow comments from friends or from public forum.
This blog intended to provide newbies with the knowledge and information & latest announcement on penny stocks especially those with huge total issued shares and making losses for years.
Every year people who are new to the stock market will get into the market to try their luck with the aim of making extra income or a steady income by investing or speculating on stocks.

This blog intended to provide newbies with the knowledge and information & latest announcement on penny stocks especially those with huge total issued shares and making losses for years.
Recently, the market saw several small-cap stocks trading in top 30 active stock. Most of these stocks were nornally quiet and has low daily volume.

It seems that operator/syndicate are focussing to attract attention to these small cap stocks that are still trading at relatively low price. However some of these stocks have been pushed to near RM1.00 or already exceeded RM1.00 from their low of below 50sen.
Operator/syndicate could be finding it difficult to 'goreng' low price penny stocks with huge total issued shares. These low price penny stocks have been losing interest as one by one are undertaking share consolidation exercise followed by rights issue with free warrant to trap specially minority shareholder. This can be seen in the low rights acceptance application as most retailers and minority shareholders were not willing to foot out more money for the rights shares even though free warrants were given.
Back to small cap stocks, newbies should always be careful in their trading, not be greedy and get stuck for years. Refer to historical chart of these stocks to see the price movement for a better understanding.
When buying a stock, newbies should immediately set the target sell price to take profit as well as the cut loss price if the price retreated.
The KLSE Screener could be used to roughly filter out small cap stocks. There is no parameter for Issue Share.
Thus to get close to what you are looking for, you might want to try using the Price and Market Cap and work backward to roughly filter out the stocks with the desired total issued shares.
Refer to the below screens showing a simple way to filter out the small cap stocks.

NOTE : Use the GTD (Good Til Date) function in the trading system to keep the orders in the queue for maximum days allowed. Some broker system allows for 30 trading days. Use this function to minimise emotional or hasty decision.
Check with your broker or remisier if unsure how the function works. Explore all functions available. Some system also allows conditional orders which will be triggered when certain condition is met.
BE EXTRA CAREFUL OF THOSE STOCKS THAT HAVE RUN UP A LOT
TRADE WITH CARE, NOT BE GREEDY AND GET STUCK FOR YEARS

Those already holding or stuck with these stocks for long time, might have another chance to make some profit. Set your target price and key in your orders using the GTD function to remove the emotional factor of always changing the goal post. Be satisfied with your profit, no matter how small it is. Just remember, not many people can sell at the highest price. It is normally the case for many people to encounter "what you sell will go up, what you buy will come down".

2. loss making companies
3. They used to be not popular

KYM and other my coverage under my coverage.The trend is second third liner.Government give chance to this company, so tht raise fund with fewer share out.Other may benefit if there up in this company.I earn rm 20-30k out off it.Made sure dun buy when very hot in the stock (example of few times of high volume and big upward or few weeks of big upward with medium size volume)

lets not going into praise mode for KYM businesses.....its very obvious operators been picking counters around 50 cents to goreng this round.....KYM, GLOTEC, REV, PELIKAN, JETSON, PAOS, HWATAI etc......so ride the wave and get off when u earned enough.....

ACTUALLY LTIP IS SUPPOSE TO LOWER THE OVERALL COST OF COMPANIES PAYROLL, INSTEAD OF PAYING BONUS BASE ON PERFORMANCE AS INCENTIVES, THE COMPANY GIVE FREE LTIP AS A REWARD WHEN THE COMPANY HIT THE KPI TARGETS MAH!

Caveat emptor is a neo-Latin phrase meaning "let the buyer beware." It is a principle of contract law in many jurisdictions that places the onus on the buyer to perform due diligence before making a purchase. As oppose to:
Caveat venditor a neo-Latin phrase meaning "let the seller beware." It is a principle of contract law in many jurisdictions that places the onus on the seller to perform due diligence before making a sale.
In stocks market investing, the caveat emptor concept of contract law was forced onto ordinary investors that places the onus on the ordinary investors to perform due diligence before making transactions knowing very well that ordinary investor are subjected to information asymmetry hazard. (Poor quality of disclosure provided by the listed company and poor due diligence by Investment banker)
This asymmetry creates an imbalance of power in transactions, which can sometimes causes the transactions to go awry, a kind of market failure in the worst case involve insider fraud, accounting fraud, insider trading, IPO/RI promoter/underwriter (Investment bank failure in their due diligence), pump and dump and etc.
In Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia is mandated to operate the stock exchange as a commercially driven, public-listed entity. It is also mandated by Listing/Regulation/Disclosure Act as the front-line market regulator policing public-listed companies and market intermediaries. Perhaps these two mandate clash and give rise to conflict of interest as many of Bursa’s decisions on approval, suspension, delisting and waive seem indulging in excessive corporate abuse for the benefits of controlling shareholders.

So if they hit the target then please give dividend.

That is the point mah...if they pay high bonuses, these senior managements will get the most bonus, bcos of their pay are high pay mah!
The free LTIP is meant to substitute some of these high bonuses incentive loh!
