worst but how come bursa up so much since last month?

I don't want to rely much on cars to commute. Traffic is congested most of the time from where I live. A public transport or a motorcycle is good tho. It greatly reduces fuel spending.

Why EDL toll first to abolish is good? Why not they collect more toll is better?
