The National Consumer Complaints Centre released a report last week that Malaysians were losing tens of millions of ringgit because of unsatisfactory services from telco providers. The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) joins us in the studio to address some of these issues that customers are experiencing.
