Caretaker Prime Minister Dato' Sri Ismail Sabri has declined a proposal by Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim for PM candidates from all major coalitions to engage in a debate, saying that it will bring no benefit and isn't part of our culture. We debate these statements.
