(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 28 October 2016 in relation to the Share Issuance, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

The Company wishes to announce that it had on 10 April 2017 received a Subscription Notice and the Subscription Payment Amount for 21,100,000 Subscription Shares from Macquarie Bank at an issue price of RM0.091 per Subscription Share. Accordingly, the Company had on 11 April 2017 issue and allot 21,100,000 Subscription Shares to Macquarie Bank and such number of shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 12 April 2017.

Following the above, the Share Issuance shall be deemed completed upon the listing and quotation of such Subscription Shares. The Company wishes to inform that the 250.0 million Subscription Shares under the Share Issuance has been fully subscribed by Macquarie Bank raising RM23,105,900.00 for the Company.
