Quill Capita Trust (QCT) recorded a higher pre-tax profit of RM8.586 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010, compared to RM8.094 million in the same period last year.
In a statement today, QCT, a real estate investment trust said, its revenue increase by 3.5 per cent to RM17.39 million as compared to RM16.81 million.
For the nine-months ended September 30, 2010, its revenue rose by three per cent to RM51.93 million from RM50.394 million for the same period last year.
QCT said the growth in gross revenue and realised income after taxation is due mainly to higher rental and income contributions from QCT's portfolio of properties.
The manager of QCT is Quill Capita Management Sdn Bhd.
'QCT continues to deliver consistent growth in its earnings per unit (EPU) year on year, attributable to our resilient portfolio, proactive tenant management and prudent capital management strategy.
