Good day to all,
In the capital market such as Bursa Malaysia, the war between buyer and seller seems like a never-ending story.
But do you know in that war there are ‘strongholds’ price level that both sides have? It's like the Great Wall of China fortress. For buyers we call it 'support'. And for the sellers it's called 'resistance'.
Usually, when the war comes to the buyer's fortress, more buyers will come in and the war will retreat to the seller's fortress. Vice versa, if the war comes to the seller's fortress, more sellers will come in. This is what we call 'Range-Bound Market'. The war will be in that range for quite some time.
But there're some instances, when the sellers’ fortress taken over by the buyers and making it their own. Thus, ‘resistance’ become ‘support’ when it’s broken. The war will continue in that direction until another sellers’ fortress is found.
By knowing this, you have a greater chance of winning the war. But do you know exactly where these fortresses located, exactly? I’m willing to share with you if you’re willing to learn about it.
And another thing, “Sometimes by losing a battle you find a new way to win the war” – Bill Gates
All the best
