1. Can give dividends to shareholders.

2. Won't go bankrupt.

3. Can grow the company by acquiring other companies.

4. Can sustain the company during crisis.

5. Don't need to borrow much money in rising interest-rate environment.

Why did I specifically choose the 4 stocks above?

1. Net cash companies

2. Dividends

3. Rather stable business & profitability record

4. Low-profile companies, not fully valued yet

5. Buying and holding shares for a longer time

There are many other Net Cash companies on Bursa. Try to find the others.

Stock investing is not only palm oil. 

I prefer diversification.
