Gold rose on Thursday as the dollar retreated and made the metal less expensive for holders of other currencies.

Plan A : Attempt selling if gold price fails to breach and stays firm above 1234.9

Plan B : Cut above 1238

Plan C : Consider buying if gold price retrace but supported well above 1222.1

U.S. stocks rose for a third straight session on Thursday as President Donald Trump said trade talks with China were “moving along nicely,” reviving hopes that the two countries can resolve their trade dispute.

 

The Hong Kong stock market gained grounds on Thursday on the back of a stronger yuan and policy support for the Chinese economy. Real estate companies lead the advance, but pressure remains on the sector as financing costs rise.

The market sustained well as it was supported all the way above 1700's despite it was a little choppy yesterday. The selling signal is fading off bit by bit now, hence sellers are advised to be cautious with the market trend as there could be a reversal with the positiveness in the market.

FCPO challenged new recent low on Thursday to 2133, however, day trade along the way was rather rocky. Dalian and soybean oil are weak today while Ringgit slightly rebounded to RM4.17 against the greenback.
