Gold prices climbed on Wednesday after the U.S. Federal Reserve signaled interest rate cuts were possible later this year, as it responded to increased economic uncertainty and tepid inflation.

Plan A : Remain holding buy as long as gold price holds firm above 1357.9

Plan B : Exit below 1352.5

Plan C : Consider selling if gold price fails to breach and hold above 1362.3

The S&P 500 approached its record high on Wednesday after the Federal Reserve signaled potential U.S. interest rate cuts later this year, reassuring investors worried that the U.S.-China trade war could stall economic growth.

 

Hong Kong stocks on Wednesday posted their best session since November 2018 as mood turned optimistic about Sino-U.S. trade talks, and as investors expected a worldwide wave of policy easing by central banks.

FKLI opened higher at 1655.5 and steadily inching up to the peak at 1669. This surge had chased out most of the sellers in the market and now the direction is getting clearer that there is still some room for the market to go further. This uptrend may continue today if it can breach above 1671 and sustain well.

FCPO opened at 2040's this morning, later tumble to 2020's for the first session. Dalian and soybean oil are insignificant while Ringgit strengthen to RM4.15 against the greenback.
