Do you have to wear GLOVES to give a vaccine shot?

I am holding my GLOVES. I will only sell when ASP come down but not stock price come down.

I buy vaccine logistic by using the GLOVEs profit as hedging to vaccine news.

Booming Top Glove to offer 9,000 jobs to Malaysians this year

KUALA LUMPUR: Top Glove is set to offer job opportunities to over 9,000 Malaysians this year to meet soaring global demand for gloves and other personal protective equipment (PPE).

The world's largest glove manufacturer said it also hopes to narrow the country's unemployment gap as it scouts for candidates to fill executive and non-executive roles across its offices and factories in Malaysia.

"This comprises 4,000 positions for local workers; 2,300 positions for university and technical vocational fresh graduates; 2,000 interns and trainees; and 700 experienced Malaysian employees."

"We are looking to achieve this by kicking off a year-long recruitment drive

with our company's first Virtual Career Fair of the year this Saturday (Jan 23).

"There will be several other such fairs throughout the year to fill the vacancies, which will be held every third Saturday of the month," Top Glove said in a statement today.

In addition to attractive remuneration packages, daily meal subsidies and provisions, and career advancement opportunities, Top Glove employees are also entitled to medical benefits, including access to its ambulatory care centre (Top Glove Global Doctors Medical and Dental Centre).

Top Glove's managing director Datuk Lee Kim Meow said, the year-long recruitment can help job-seekers land themselves an enriching and rewarding career to weather the economic uncertainty.

"We understand that many talented and capable candidates had lost their jobs due to the impact of the ongoing pandemic.

"We are proud to be able to do our part to support Malaysians with gainful employment, which will be key to the country's economic and social recovery from the pandemic," he said.

The Covid-19 pandemic came as a silver lining for Top Glove as the company experienced tremendous growth due to a global surge in demand for gloves.

For full-financial year 2020, Top Glove's net profit surged to RM1.87 billion from RM364.68 million, while revenue grew to RM7.24 billion from RM4.8 billion in 2019.
