Under the latest list of shareholders of G3 GLOBAL BERHAD, we can see that there are multiple private limited companies that are holding substantial shares of the company.

Interestingly, several of the companies had the same ultimate beneficiary, which is Dato’ Sri Aminul Islam Bin Abdul Nor.

A little bit of profile for Dato’ Sri Aminul: Dato' Sri Aminul is the Founder and Group President of Bestinet Sdn. Bhd., a leading technology company which has been awarded with over 15 awards till date locally and internationally including its most prestigious award as 'The World's Best Digital Content Solutions' under the Government and Citizen Engagement category by The World Summit Award (WSA), a framework of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG), in the year 2017, for its system called Foreign Workers Centralized Management System ("FWCMS"). FWCMS is a key tool which is being used by the Malaysian government to effectively manage, monitor and control all processes related to foreign workers management in the country and is integrated and used by all relevant stakeholders in Malaysia and labour sending countries.

He has more than 30 years of experience in managing service-oriented businesses and firmly guided by the "Customer Is the Most Important" approach of doing business. With his vast experience as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of several companies, Dato' Sri Aminul is well-versed in project management, marketing, financial management, client retention, implementing policies, cost control and others.

To date, he effectively control 24.85% of G3 GLOBAL BERHAD – but that is not important.

Most importantly, as minority shareholder, how can we benefit from a strong shareholder?

In April 2022, G3 GLOBAL had acquired the stakes of BESTINET HEALTHCARE SDN BHD as their expansion into the healthcare business, where the management had repeatedly mentioned that it is not their ultimate intention to distribution healthcare-related products, but it is to provide healthcare-technology solutions.

However, there are no new developments from the company yet.

Looking at the share price of the company, G3 GLOBAL had been consolidating at 3 cents for several months, after the massive sell down by GREEN PACKET BERHAD.

Could it be that post-election, hence a more established and stable government was formed, we will see new ventures from G3 GLOBAL in healthcare-technology sector?

Will there be any positive news from G3 GLOBAL once the new government was formed?

What is supporting the share price at the currently level?

We shall see…
