Is KTC Terribly Mispriced?

Despite the fourth quarter of consistent profit and greens, KTC has been hovering at its lowest range and still lacking of buying interest despite trading at single digit PE (6.9x).

What price will KTC be at with multiple PE count

8x PE : 0.185

10x PE : 0.230

12x PE : 0.280

Since KTC is not a tech based counter, 12x might be little too expensive, but what about 8x and 10x ? Is KTC Terribly mispriced?
