PUBLIC ISSUE OF 46,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.20 EACH IN DOLPHIN INTERNATIONAL BERHAD AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.68 PER ORDINARY SHARE PAYABLE IN FULL UPON APPLICATION COMPRISING:
- 15,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.20 EACH AVAILABLE FOR APPLICATION BY THE MALAYSIAN PUBLIC;
- 8,250,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.20 EACH AVAILABLE FOR APPLICATION BY THE ELIGIBLE DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES OF DOLPHIN INTERNATIONAL BERHAD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES (“GROUP”) AND PERSONS WHO HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR GROUP; AND

First from the directors and management view, the chair lady is from one of the director of Rothschild Malaysia s/b. From this point of view, I guess this will be a good iPo, don't forget oil palm related machinery like boiler mech, it was flying uphigh after QL acquisition. Although dolphin is not doing boiler machine but I personally still think that this is a good investment

EVEN a conservative@ orthodox TA gave 88 SEN (TP) ;) 8) 8)
but I have to add some premium on this old fashioned TA 's Fair value since TA depend purely on finance
text book .
afterall my TP 1.28 just 60 sen above the offer price ( merely 88 % ) ,
not yet limit 500 % that used to be during SUPER BULL 1993/4 - 1997

Lousy market, this is quite respectable. Hopefully, when I look back in three months time, I would say it was a good chance to buy.
