[转贴] UEM终止大型计划 柔南特区地产界震惊
根据新加坡《海峡时报》报道，柔南伊斯干达特区的主要发展商UEM阳光集团，在没有说明理由的情况下终止建设“亚洲贸易中心”大型项目。由于有关特区一直笼罩在房地产供应过剩的阴影下，因此这项计划胎死腹中可能为该区的困境雪上加霜。

The Company wishes to announce that UEM Land has, on 27 May 2015, communicated to CHPL that it wishes to terminate the MOU on the basis that both Parties have not been able to make any significant headway for the Project.
This announcement is dated 28 May 2015.
