[转贴] 12 年股票路 之 "股票分析法" ～乡下佬～

顾名思义，所谓的公司分析就是指我们如何去分析一家公司。基本上，在众多的分析法里可归纳为两大种类：
（1） 技术面分析法
以图表为主的分析法，透过图表来看个别公司的走势，然后判断买卖的策略。
技术分析投资者相信，历史会不断地重演，也意味着以历史股价编制的图标，能找到买卖的信号。
（2） 基本面分析法
基本面分析是以公司的价值为基础的分析法。
大致上，分析的范围包括：
· 宏观经济分析
· 行业分析
· 公司分析
o 公司的业务，公司的业绩，管理层，股息等
基本面投资者相信，个别公司的股价，总会与公司的价值挂钩。
我本身是一位基本面信徒，在我股票投资的 12 年里，我也只学过基本面分析。
曾经有很多投资朋友给我忠告，劝我不要只学一门功夫，应该多尝试不同的分析法，最好能做到以基本面选股，以技术分析进行买卖的操作。
我不否定基本面加技术分析这个新趋势，但我这个死硬派却有另一番的坚持和看法。
我认为购买股票就是买入一家公司的股份，当公司被低估时，我们就应该买入，而当公司被高估后，我们就该卖出。
注： 我个人的买卖法则将会在往后的文章里分享。
假设在这个分析法里加入了技术分析的成分，在操作上就会出现了矛盾点，基本面分析说是要买，技术分析说要卖，那如何是好？
哦，有人说，买卖跟技术就好了，这个做法并没有错，但其实这样做，只是二选一而已，是一种选择，并没有真正的把技术分析和基本面分析融合在一起。
“技术分析”和 “基本面分析”都有自己的理论，观点和操作方式，就好像武功一样，你要把少林的内功加入在峨眉的剑法里不是不可能，只不过，这可能要武林奇才才能做到。我自认就没有这个本事，还是老老实实的学基本面就好了。
任何的分析法都有利与弊的地方，要做武林高手，就要专，只要坚持修炼一派的武功，假以时日，必有成就，而在股票上，我的专是指专一的分析法。

it is still possible to combine both method, example you can shortlist pool of stocks based on funda analysis. Then, scan the pool of stock with technical analysis to identify momentum everyday. only buy if momentum detected, this way you can avoid fundamental stock which is going sideways or downtrend to avoid opportunity cost
