Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd along with its subsidiaries is engaged in exploration and development of oil and gas. It has operations in Middle East, Norway and Oceania regions.
Russia invaded Ukraine on 24 February and no one knows when the war will end. At the mean time all NATO countries including US imposed economic sanctions on Russia which is the 3rd biggest oil producer in the world. The sanction is counter productive. It is hurting themselves.
All NATO countries in Europe have been using Russian oil because Russia oil supply is nearest to them. They are discouraged to buy oil and gas from Russia. As a result, the prices for all consumers products especially oil and gas have been going up higher and higher as shown on the Brent crude oil price chart below.
As I am writing, Hibiscus Petroleum share price has dropped 2 sen to 82 sen. It reported EPS 15.32 sen for the quarter ending March. In view of the higher oil price, its 2nd quarter ending June should be better than its 1st quarter.

After the stock market closed, KSL announced its 4th quarter ending Dec 2023 EPS of 12.74 sen. The total is 40.76 sen for 4 quarters. Its total EPS for 4 quarter ending 2020 was only 17.8 sen.

God the Creator will not interfere with our choices in life. It is left with our freewill to choose what are actions/decisions to take but those choices will bring the consequences. For example, we can choose to do the right things and bear the consequences for committed to the wrong things in our daily lives.
Accordingly, these 3 things will improve our fate that being decreed by our Creator:-
1. Have Emunah/Faith in God - He is the giver of life/He is eternal/Believe in His existence/Don't worship His creations but the Creator.
Acknowledge that He is your provider...no stingy, have charitable approach, no anger, jealousy, He has a purpose in your life,
2. Grateful - Thanking God many time in each day. Seeing the accident on the road, thank God you are not involved/safe, seeing people in the hospital beds should thank you we are healthy,
3. Don't complain - God can not stand people who constantly complained. Complain about the food, your spouse, your neighbours or employer for no good reason.
