Within only a few years, its stable of projects had already established LBS as a reputable developer. Several of its well publicised accomplishments were Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang Seksyen 14 in Selangor, jointly developed with the 1992 Thomas Cup champions, Taman Pinggiran Putra, Serdang and the township project at Bandar Saujana Putra.
This trend of growth has seen LBS become a dominant player in Malaysia's property sector, and spread its wings across the seas to China. At home, LBS expanded into related activities such as investment holdings, property management, turfing and landscaping, insurance agency, and building materials. With its new iconic D'Island Residence township, LBS continues to push the boundaries of the property industry to truly create living habitats of the future.
