PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded another 184 new Covid-19 cases, pushing the tally to 4,530 as of noon Saturday (April 11), with three new deaths bringing the death toll to 73.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah (pic), in giving the latest updates, said the first and second phase of the implementation of the movement control order (MCO) had started to show positive outcomes.
He said 165 patients had recovered and been discharged, bringing the total number of recovered cases to 1,995.
"The number of those recovered accounts for 44% of the total number of cases," he said.
He also said of the 184 new cases, 72 were in the intensive care unit.
