大马房价吸引外国人

根据全球产业指南的报告，在亚洲主要市场，香港的产业价格居首，每平方公尺达2万8570美元，与第二的日本、每平方公尺1万6322美元，以及第三的新加坡、每平方公尺1万4373美元相比，仍有较大的差距。
12个亚洲市场的产业价格，马来西亚排第九，显示大马房产价格，仍有一定的竞争力，假如外国人在本地置产门槛放宽，预料可能吸引他们前来我国，搜寻适合的房产单位供投资。
