证监会：实施CMCO州属 只能办虚拟股东会议
（吉隆坡14日讯）证券监督委员会宣布，在有条件行动管制令（CMCO）实施期间，特定州属的上市公司股东会议只能够以虚拟方式进行。
证监会发表文告说，沙巴、雪兰莪、吉隆坡和布城将在本月13日至27日期间实施CMCO，在这段期间，上市公司的所有股东只能够参与线上会议。
证监会表示，所有大马股票交易所上市公司都必须遵守上述指南。
