交易价4462万 XOX说电讯购捷豹29.43%
（吉隆坡8日讯）XOX说电讯（XOX,0165,创业板电讯媒体组）以4461万6000令吉收购捷豹控股（CHEETAH,7209,主板消费产品服务组）的29.43%股权。
根据文告，XOX说电讯独资子公司XOX（香港）私人有限公司已与Chia Yoon Yuen控股签署买卖协议，将以内部资金收购捷豹控股的3380万股，每股出价为1令吉32仙。捷豹控股周一急跌9.5仙或9.5%，降至90.5仙。
