Technically, there are 3 important factors that will indicate a potential growth of a particular company's share price.

1) Progressive improvement in financial performance with active business ventures

2) Large Director/Shareholder accumulation

3) Strong buy order as price support

Lets look at the first factor.

Superb financial performance for DPS! Recent announcement of upcoming projects worth RM 1 billion backs up the projected financial performance. Active fund raising activity to acquire more land is also noticable. The share price seemed to have reacted positively on the recent news. Lets analyze the share price movement with announcements.

A brief look on the recent quarterly reports reveals that the profits were indeed due to DPS diversification into property developement.

The second factor, large director/shareholder accumulation.

According to the publicly available records, the accumulation activity was immense during late January 2021. Despite a small amount of shares that were disposed in later weeks as the share price registered around 30% gain, the remaining holding shares are still large.

The 3rd factor, strong buy order support region can be seen.

The image below shows the accumulation position and how the buy order support looks today (16th June 2021). If my maths is right, the buy order amount could be worth somewhere RM 1.9 million to RM 2.1 million.

The strong buy order support at 0.11 and 0.115 coincides with the area of large director/shareholder accumulation. Now, that looks interesting.

All 3 above factors indicates a buy above 0.115 region with minimal downside risk. DPS is indeed a good stock to hold with the national vaccination program having progress day by day.
