Chinese investment company Fortune Phoenix Investment has agreed to acquire a 20 percent stake in Indonesian telecommunications infrastructure services provider Inovisi Infracom. Inovisi said Fortune will acquire Inovisi shares from its holding company Green Pine Enterprises. Green Pine owns a 60.25 percent stake in Inovisi Infracom. No financial details related to the transaction have been disclosed.
