Tracking the weaker sentiments on Wall Street, share prices on Bursa Malaysia went through few rounds of selling activities – the FBM KLCI trended lower and closed below 1,660 led by AXIATA (-13.0 sen), CIMB (-10.0 sen) and GENM (-10.0 sen).  Market breadth was negative and there were three losers for every gainer across the board. However, selected construction stocks like KIMLUN (+4.0 sen) and EKOVEST (+4.0 sen) noticed some buying interest.
