Following the negative market environments on Wall Street after the Dow violated below the 18,000 level ahead of the U.S. presidential election and lower crude oil price, share prices on Bursa Malaysia trended on a weaker tone and the FBM KLCI dipped 11.52 pts led by MISC (-27.0 sen) and CIMB (-12.0 sen). Market breadth was negative with 500 decliners, 277 gainers, while 379 traded unchanged. Nevertheless, selected construction stocks like PESONA (+2.5 sen) and GKENT (+6.0 sen) gained some buying momentum throughout the day.
