The FBM KLCI (+0.7%) extended its gains for the second-straight day, amid window dressing activities and buying-support in selected blue chips in the eleventh hour. Market breadth turned positive as 416 winners outweighed 287 decliners, while 345 counters ended unchanged. O&G shares such as Deleum (+5.5 sen), Dayang (+4.0 sen) and Hibiscus Petroleum (+2.5 sen) rose in-tandem with the stronger crude oil prices.
