The FBM KLCI (+0.01%) closed marginally higher, supported by gains in selective oil & gas heavyweights. The immediate resistance level is located around the 1,730 level.

Crude Palm Oil: RM2,859 (-RM70, -2.39%)
Crude palm oil prices tanked to three-month low on higher export taxes coupled with concern over the recovery in stockpiles. The RM2,800 level will serve as the next support level.

WTI Crude Oil: $53.40 (+$0.04, +0.08%)
Crude oil prices closed flat as the cut in OPEC production could be offset by the increase in US shale drilling. Crude oil prices might trend between the US$50-US$55 levels.

Gold: $1,234.60 (-$4.44, -0.36%)
Gold prices halted a streak of three winning days on higher risk appetite in higher yield assets. The US1,250 will serve as the immediate resistance level.
