Dow Jones: 20,996.12 pts (+232.23pts, +1.12%)
The Dow closed only a hair width from the psychological 21,000 points level as markets continue to be buoyed by a string of above expectation corporate results, as well as the President Trump’s upcoming unveiling of his tax cut proposal. The positive market also saw the Nasdaq hit a new record high, finishing above the 6,000 level. Near-term resistance is envisaged around the 21,000 mark.

FBM KLCI: 1,765.80 pts (+9.75pts, +0.56%)
The FBM KLCI hit its highest level in nearly two years, driven by buying-interest in selected heavyweights and the positive sentiment spilled over from the overseas markets. Resistance will be set around the 1,800.

Crude Palm Oil: RM2,486 (-RM44, -1.74%)
Crude palm oil prices were dampened by concerns over its rising production and strengthening Ringgit. Prices are expected to fluctuate between RM2450 to RM2600.

WTI Crude Oil: $49.56 (+$0.36, +0.73%)
Crude oil prices ended higher, amid efforts by the OPEC to cut global supply glut. Resistance is pegged around US$50.

Gold: $1,264.13 (-$12.08, -0.95%)
Gold continue to decline, amid the growing appetite for riskier assets. Support level is envisaged around US$1260.
