U.S. stocks retreated overnight after President Trump unveiled his tax cut plans with few details, disappointing Wall Street, although the pullback was mild with the Dow falling just 0.1% after shedding intraday gains. Near-term resistance is envisaged around the 21,000 mark.

The FBM KLCI continues to gain ground yesterday as market sentiments were still firm, brought about by the similar conditions on most global stock indices. Resistance remain around the 1,800.

Crude Palm Oil: RM2,514 (+RM28, +1.13%)
Crude palm oil prices made a short-term rebound, amid concerns of increasing production and softer global demand in the 2H2017. Prices are expected to fluctuate between RM2450 to RM2600.

WTI Crude Oil: $49.62 (+$0.06, +0.12%)
Crude oil added 0.1% on Wednesday - led by lower-than-expected U.S. stockpiles. Resistance is pegged around US$50.

Gold: $1,269.22 (+$5.09, +0.40%)
Gold recovered from the two-day selldown to close 0.4% higher. Bullion is expected to trend between US$1260 to US$1294.
