This blog provides market updates and trading ideas that I gather from around the web.

Dow Jones: 20,937.91 pts (+43.08pts, +0.21%)
U.S. equities finished higher, following a broadly expected budget by President Donald Trump, which offset weaker-than-expected manufacturing data. Upside will be capped around the 21,000 pts.

FBM KLCI: 1,767.17 pts (-7.78pts, -0.44%)
The FBM KLCI fell 0.4%, dragged down by selling-pressure in selected heavyweights, due to dampened market sentiments following a suspected terror attack in Manchester, England overnight. Moving forward, the key-index could linger in-between 1750 to 1780.

Crude Palm Oil: RM2,617 (-RM45, -1.69%)
Crude palm oil shaved off 1.7%, on correction after a two-day rally - led by the strengthening Ringgit and the lack of fresh leads to spur further upside. Support is located around RM2,548.

WTI Crude Oil: $51.47 (+$0.74, +1.46%)
Crude oil prices rebounded from its intraday low, as expectations of deeper production cuts by the OPEC capped the bearish sentiments from a White House proposal to dispose half of the country's petroleum reserves. Resistance is targeted at US$52.

Gold: $1,251.22 (-$9.41, -0.75%)
Gold prices retreated, closing slightly above the US$1,250 psychological level, on the back of profit-taking activities after two weeks of gains. Near-term support is envisaged at US$1245.
