Despite the continued weakness in major banks, the FBM KLCI rebounded from earlier losses, on the back of last-minute buying support in selected heavyweights. Market breadth turned positive with 433 winners to 414 losers, while 366 stocks finished unchanged. Notable gainers include plantations-related counters like IOI Corporation (+14.0 sen), Cepatwawasan (+4.5 sen) and Batu Kawan (+2.0 sen).
