The FBM KLCI ended lower on Wednesday's close, on the back of a strengthening Greenback, although slightly offset by gains in telco heavyweights. Market breadth recovered as winners outweighed losers on a ratio of 401-to-376 stocks, while 414 counters closed flattish. On the other hand, steel-related counters like Malaysia Steel (+15.0 sen), Alcom (+9.0 sen) and Ann Joo (+9.0 sen) bucked the general negative trend to close higher.
