The FBM KLCI (-1.3%) started off the year on a shaky manner, dragged down by the sluggish Malaysia's manufacturing PMI in November 2018 that fell to its lowest level in six-and-half years. The immediate resistance is located at 1,700.

Crude Palm Oil: RM2,166 (+RM45, +2.12%)
Crude palm oil prices trended sharply higher, boosted by India's move to cut import tax in crude oil and crude palm oil products, starting 1st January 2019. The immediate support is located around RM2050.

WTI Crude Oil: $46.54 (+$1.13, +2.47%)
Crude oil prices recorded its third straight session of recovery after OPEC's production plunged towards its lowest level in almost two years. The immediate resistance is located at US$50.

Gold: $1,284.59 (+$1.99, +0.16%)
Gold prices advanced for the fourth straight session as demand for safe haven assets rose. The immediate resistance is located around $1,300.
