M+ Online Market Wrap - 19 Nov 21

FBM KLCI: 1,525.54 pts (+1.75pts, +0.11%)
The FBM KLCI (+0.1%) staged a mild rebound as persistent selldown in glove counters was cushioned by a rally in the telecommunication heavyweights while investors could be anticipating the 5G roll-out in the near future. Market breadth was almost even with gainers and losers on a ratio of nearly 1-to-1. The energy sector (+1.1%) led the mixed broader market on gains from ARMADA (+3.0 sen), HIBISCS (+3.0 sen), and VELESTO (+0.5 sen). Meanwhile, the technology counters (+0.9%) gained traction after Nasdaq marked its record high position.
