The FBM KLCI (+0.1%) inched marginally higher on the back of buying support in the final trading hour, recovering from earlier losses as glove and utilities heavyweights led the gains. Market breadth, however remained negative as the losers outnumbered the gainers by 442-to-418 stocks. Meanwhile, the healthcare sector (+0.8%) outperformed as bargain hunting activities emerged on the glove manufacturers such as TOPGLOV (+6.0 sen), HARTA (+8.0 sen), and KOSSAN (+6.0 sen).
