The FBM KLCI (+0.07%) turned positive after trading mostly in the negative territory, with buying interest noticed in banking, energy and consumer heavyweights after Singapore and Malaysia reached an agreement to reopen borders from April. Market breadth remained positive as the advancers led the decliners by 482-to-429 stocks. The energy sector (+1.13%) gained traction amid elevated crude oil price, mainly lifted by WASEONG (+8.0 sen), VELESTO (+1.0 sen), and ARMADA (+1.0 sen).
