The FBM KLCI (+0.36%) advanced in tandem with most of the regional peers as investors were on strong bargain hunting mode following the heavy sell-off in the previous session. Market breadth was positive as the advancers led the decliners by 658-to-318 stocks. The technology sector (+3.74%) had a significant rebound after Nasdaq added marginal gains overnight, led by MPI (+246.0 sen), D&O (+26.0 sen), and PENTA (+45.0 sen) in line with the largely positive broader market.
