FBM KLCI: 1,420.38 pts (-31.23pts, -2.15%)

The FBM KLCI plummeted 2.15% in tandem with the regional selldown as investors digested the US Fed’s hawkish stance; 29 out of 30 counters on the FBM KLCI ended lower. Market breadth turned negative as the decliners thumped the advancers by 660-to-238 stocks. All the 13 major sub-indices traded in the negative territory as the healthcare sector (-5.73%) witnessed significant pullback, led by HARTA (-27.0 sen), IHH (-9.0 sen), and TOPGLOV (-9.0 sen).
