Market breadth was negative with losers led gainers by 435-to-390 stocks. On the broader market, the Plantation sector (+0.48%) was the leading sector, thanks to buying support in KLK (+24.0 sen) and SIMEPLT (+3.0 sen). Meanwhile, the Financial Services sector declined by 1.12% following selling pressure in CIMB (-10.0 sen) and HLBANK (-48.0 sen).
