Market breadth was positive as gainers outnumbered losers by 634-to-297 stocks. On the broader market, the Construction sector (+2.12%) was the leading sector, led by buying interest within GAMUDA (+15.0 sen) and IJM (+7.0 sen), followed by the Property sector (+1.67%) due to buying pressure in IOIPG (+5.0 sen) and SIMEPROP (+3.0 sen).
