The FBM KLCI (+0.63%) ended higher, in line with the positive regional markets performance following the positive overnight Wall Street performance as geopolitical tensions in the Middle East faded; the key index was supported by Telco heavyweights like AXIATA (+13.0 sen) and MAXIS (+8.0 sen) as well as PMETAL (+13.0 sen). Market breadth was positive as gainers ournumbered the losers at 777-to-327 stocks. On the broader market, all sectors gained, meanwhile the Property sector (+1.78%) was the leading sector due to buying interest in SPSETIA (+6.0 sen) and IOIPG (+5.0 sen).
